Their repair services are impeccable. I'll give a few examples: I made the mistake of wearing my watch while shoveling snow. They were able to open it to remove the moisture and prevent any damage. I found a 1940's plug-in electrical clock in a shed (picking). They were unable to repair it as is because it had been exposed to the elements for over 50 years. They gutted it and gave me the parts. Then they cleaned the wall clock and put a high quality quartz mechanism in it. It still works. I have a specialty clock in the shop this week. He checked the type on mechanism and said he'll have it ready in a week.

I was a first-time customer and they treated me like I had been going there for years. The staff was beyond kind and very personable. Most importantly, they were skilled and knowledgable.

I needed my band resized (after I got the pins stuck!) and also needed an additional repair made to my luxury watch. Craig finished everything in less than 10 minutes and gave me a price that was beyond fair.

I already have another watch to take to him to repair for me. Trust is king when it comes to the service/repair industry and this business passes with flying colors!

My wife dropped rings off to get resized in September they told her they would call when they were finished we did not hear from them at all, when she called a few times she was told that the guy that does that was busy with wedding rings, then he was sick.
