Our office needed an uncomplicated, updated telephone system sophisticated enough to meet our needs. MAXX Communications staff is friendly and made us feel comfortable with any questions we had. Our office has gone from having a phone "ringing off the hook," to a more streamlined process allowing our patients to press the appropriate prompt. And we no longer have to repeat lengthy amounts of information every time a new pt. calls. Messages are prerecorded with all of the necessary information we want our patients to know, saving us time and making the process more efficient for both our office and our patients. We use MAX Communications for all our networking needs. This includes CCTV and wi-fi access points. Ciara Stupp, Office Administrator, is fantastic and has always addressed our needs in a timely and efficient manner. Would highly recommend.

Had a visit from MAX communications today to install security camera software on a new replacement computer for our Assistant CEO. Could not be happier! Gerry and Steve were awesome! PC was up and running in less than a hour. Nice job!

Mike Foutz came in an emergency situation to troubleshoot one of our security camera DVRS that was down. Uninstalled the appliance and brought up to the vendor for repair. It was hosed. He returned with new DVR and worked diligently on getting all cameras reporting back to device and recording once again. ...

Outstanding Service and Employees! I am the Director of Marketing & Business Development for Dr. Kourakin's Office, and yesterday Max Communications was here to do all the wiring and installation for our New Electronic X-Ray Machines and Computers in every operatory. As they were finishing up I mentioned to Dr. Kourakin that the phone in my office was working but the jack was dead. The two gentlemen took a look at it, and it was a very old port, and the wire was severed. Even though they had finished up their scheduled job for the day, they stayed and made sure before they left I had a working phone!! I came in this morning and couldn't have been happier and more grateful!!! Thank you for your dedication and for going above and beyond!! I highly recommend them, and our business will do any and all work with them...
