Really disappointed i went to the store on Saturday my phone stopped working the night before while I was on vacation in ocean city… I went to the store in oc first they sold out so then I went to the store in Delaware and the guy said this is the last one left he told me because I can’t sign into my T-Mobile app he wouldn’t get the commission but he said I should wait for the new iPhone to come out next month and just use my insurance. I told him specifically I didn’t want to wait 2-3 days for my phone to come in the mail. He assured me that it would come over night and I would have it before I got home the next day. It’s now Monday at 3pm I’m using my iPad. It says the claim was approved yesterday and there’s still not a tracking number just that the label was created. I believe he knew what he was doing, he didn’t want to sell me the phone because he would loose the commission why not hold that phone for someone else. I’m not sure what his name was but he was white with tattoos and I believe he had glasses it was at 1130. He was very nice helping me file my claim but I feel like I was lied to and taken advantage of. I need my phone for work and I had appointments i had to miss because I do not feel comfortable driving without...
Read moreMy recent visits to the Millville store were a breath of fresh air compared to other experiences, particularly the one at the Rehoboth Beach T-Mobile third-party store. At the Rehoboth location, I felt I was "tricked" into a bad deal. In contrast, the Millville team provided exceptional service. On my first visit to Millville, Leal was incredibly informative about the service I was considering. She went above and beyond, giving me her card and letting me know when she'd be working the next day. When I returned, another employee assisted me. He already knew why I was there (likely due to Leal's notes), answered all my questions thoroughly, shared his own experience with the home internet service, and patiently addressed all my concerns. He even reviewed my phone plan and offered advice on how to fix the financial problems caused by the Rehoboth Beach store. The Millville store's quick, simple, friendly, and well-informed service was exactly...
Read moreI would give no stars. I went into the store because I thought I would get better service in person...not so...the store had three employees and one manager. The employee I talked to was new so everything had to be run by the overly taxed manager and I was there for 4 hours. The manager undid everything the first employee did, signing me up for $29 of extras I didn't want and never consented to, such as insurance onmyphonefor $9 a month. My phone is only worth $120. I never wanted those extras and feel the high pressure lying tactics used by the manager were beyond unacceptable. I went in clearly stating I was on a budget and had a brain injury and they took advantage and knowingly and purposelfully ripped me off BECAUSE I have a brain injury . To go to a company that thinks it is an acceptable practicel to rip off disabled people is beyond shameful. Yes, I filed a formal complaint and am waiting for a response. BEWARE...
