Barely reviewing this spot that we've all been going to for a while now. Way before Covid hit, this place was the spot to land for a late night grub. Open late to cater from hungry couples for a simple date night, a group of highschool kids while on their summer and especially on their winter breaks, or rowdy drunk clubbing people like myself and friends 😂😁😆, we would make the drive up from DTSJ to Milpitas for some awesomeness pho. Depending on my mood I usually go for their #1, large of course or their beef stew w/ egg noodles and a side of their eggrolls. Their fried rice and pan fried crispy noodles are amazing as well. Over the past few years the servings have gone a little smaller but customer service hasn't changed. "Mom" and her crew always takes care of us. She knows what's up when we walk-in. Nonetheless, it's still a really good spot for some really good pho and rice plates. Enough with the chitchat, visit this palace and give it a try. 🤗👌🏾🤙🏾

Disappointing First Visit My initial experience at this restaurant was unfortunately marred by inappropriate conduct from management. It came to my attention that the owner was openly reprimanding her staff in public, an incident that was not only uncomfortable for those directly involved but also created an unsettling atmosphere for patrons like myself. One particular instance highlighted this issue when the owner harshly addressed an employee in Vietnamese. While I may not comprehend the language entirely, the tone and mannerism displayed were undeniably disrespectful. Such instances of public chastisement are deeply unprofessional and disruptive to what should be an enjoyable dining experience. The lack of respect shown towards employees resonates negatively with customers as well, undermining their comfort and satisfaction during their visit. The owner old lady was yelling as a crazy bad experience

One of my go to spots for a late night bite! Open until 2 am Sunday-Thursday and 3 am Friday/Saturday while being a cheap eat (less than $10) with big portion sizes and an incredible taste! The menu has lots of options if you're not necessarily craving pho, with other options such as porridge, rice plates, and flour cakes. Personally, I am a big fan of the #2 - Pho Tai (sliced steak) and #18 - Pho Ga (shredded chicken meat). The restaurant has plenty of parking, fast service, and takes card. Overall, a solid restaurant and a great choice for food if you're out late!

This was my first time trying this place, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. When we arrived, I asked if we could sit toward the back. The owner was nice about it and said yes. We had just been seated and were starting to look at the menu when the owner quickly came over to take our order. Thinking back, we probably should’ve asked for a minute, but she seemed in a rush, so we went ahead and ordered.

After ordering drinks, the owner asked if we wanted orange juice. We politely declined, but she kept insisting. Then I asked my partner if he wanted potstickers we hadn’t even decided yet, but she already started writing it down. I had to stop her and clarify that we didn’t want it.

The food was just okay. I ordered the Bún Bò Huế (spicy noodle soup), but the Vietnamese ham tasted off almost expired. While eating, I also noticed how the owner was speaking quite rudely to the server in Vietnamese, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. We decided not to leave a tip, but my partner ended up leaving some cash on the table, thinking it would go to the server. As we were walking out after paying, I overheard the owner speaking in Cantonese to someone, asking if we had left money on the table.

Overall, the experience was not pleasant the owner came off cold and unwelcoming, the food was mediocre, and the overall vibe was uncomfortable. Sadly, I won’t be...

Nice environment and it's the BEST when you're super hungry because it fills your appetite!

Of course Pho Saigon isn't getting 5 stars for the quality of food. It gets 5 stars because it really is a nice environment and it always has people there!

I would much rather give this restaurant $10-$15 for very generous portions than to anything/anybody else late at night. Other than Pho Saigon it's Pho 90° or fast food at 11pm.

The bad thing...The bad thing is knowing Pho Saigon opens so late...I just keep coming back for more! Lol!!

I like how they have some solid options for the vegetarians out there. I've had their vegetarian: egg rolls, soup, plates: 1 with crispy noodles and 1 with chow mein noodles. I eat everything Everytime (other than all of the broth), and I am FULL!

However, I always have to leave room for their three bean dessert with shaved ice and coconut milk. It is absolutely AMAZING. This dessert, I am telling you, is a MUST try. Every single time I eat the dessert I think and will even say it out loud, "these people have NO idea how good this is...(eyes rolling back)!!"

And the owner (I think) is always so nice. Definitely has turned into my go to for late night munchies. Nothing else beats it. Go visit them after a long night, you...

I do enjoy the restaurant and have order twice through Doordash for pickup. I work in the area and pickup my food between calls. I made a third order, went to a call for work. I was maybe 30 behind the pickup time, it's over a hour since I had submitted the order. I get there and lady said you picked up already. Not true! Only myself, my bank and Pho Saigon knew I made an order. I was told I had to wait 10 minutes. I left because I was dispatched to a work call. I returned about 15 minutes later, food was ready but I had to show my Door Dash order receipt. Wish they had the person who they gave my order to show a receipt. I only think I got my food because I was in a uniform. I can't imagine a regular person would get a replacement if the hostess claimed you picked up without checking with anyone. I do enjoy the food, customer service was lacking during this incident. It was likely an honest mistake but I didn't like the tone of her telling me multiple times I picked...
