30 days ago I went to Milwaukee Best Furniture to make a purchase for bedroom furniture. The salesperson said the items were on sale and then less than 24hrs after making the purchase I found the same items which offered 2 additional items at the same price. So, I wanted to cancel the purchase and that was when I was told that all sales are final. I told him I was not aware of this policy and he never said anything at the time of purchase. So, I attempted to negotiate with him and said could you add on the additional items the other store was offering and he said no so I told him I didn't want the order and wanted my money back because who doesn't want the most for their money. Then he told "Well I already have your money." I told him I will dispute this because these types of items should not be a all sales are final. This is not a used vehicle. So, he told my bank that I could not get the money but store credit. Well, I do not want to do business with this company and I suggest that you do not either. And, I still do not have any of the items in my home...

I visited the store to purchase a refrigerator and instead purchased a kitchenette set. Hamid and the delivery guy damaged the set upon delivery, left all the boxes, cardboard, foam, that it came in sitting at my back door and on my bk hallway stairs. I spoke with Sam the owner he immediately gave his son an excuse for his negligence and has not returned to pick up all the debris nor the set. It had NAILS, sticking out of it from the strippings that hold the legs all the straps were left hanging from each corner there is a huge gash in the corner as if they dropped it but stuck the piece on so I wldnt notice. And mind you this was back on October 15, 2015 it is June 2016 and Sam owner has still not complied with the courts to return my money and pick this set up. So I wanna say that my experience with this company has been decent Ive bought a living room n dining room set from them 7 years ago it was nice n lasted up until my latest purchase in march 2021. I have a concern about the wood smell or off gassing that's coming off the sectional I just bought. I slept 3 nights in a row on it and noticed that the smell had me coughing and on the 4th morning I woke up n I could not speak. I lost my voice. Wanted to know if anyone else has or has had this issue? I looked it up and it says some chemicals used in furniture making can be toxic and cause cancer. I know im not crazy.
