I am working with Kreg on lower- and mid-back muscle pain. I connected with them for assisted stretching, massage, and guidance on movements/lifts that can support better posture and balance moving forward. This is the first time I've found a massage therapist and trainer in a single person under one roof who can provide a broader insight into how to address my aches and pains, and most importantly with a focus on longer term strength, mobility, and injury prevention. In this way, I feel like I'm getting far more education and self-empowerment to address my issues than I have received elsewhere with massage therapists who do not have the same breadth and knowledge that Kreg has.
