I should have known better. I stopped in on a Saturday walked thru the whole store and was never acknowledged. Walked out came back a week later to purchase 2 file cabinets. We agreed that we would pick them up but it would be a few days as we were remodeling our office. We went to the store and picked up 1 cabinet as we just could not take them both at the same time. When we did get the second cabinet got it back to the office and it was the wrong one. I called Melissa and told her the problem she told me she would check into it and get back to me. I also e-mailed her photos of the cabinets that I did have. Did not hear anything back and I had to call her again. She said to me oh I'm glad you called I didn't have your number. (It was in the e-mail). She told me she could not find my file. She also told me that she did not have another cabinet like the one I purchased. I agreed to settle for another cabinet like the 2nd one that I got and she agreed to deliver it. That cabinet came and again it was wrong. I sent it back. So here we go again. she then sends me photos of some cabinets that are in their Chicago warehouse. I should have know better. I agreed to 2 like cabinets. They finally get delivered to me this morning. First of all they are smaller then the original cabinets that I chose and the color in person looks a whole lot darker the then photo she sent me. I do not believe that these cabinets are worth what I paid for them and the fact that I did not get what I wanted really upsets me.

Be warned if you go here to pick up whatever you are purchasing the same day. Do not wait and get disappointed...

Love this place! I finally found an extremely comfortable high quality Steelcase chair and Steelcase electric sit-to-stand desk for my home office at extremely reduced price. And I got to sit on so many different chairs to make sure I found one that fit my needs vs buy online & cross my fingers, or buy a new cheap one from chain store. OFR has a great selection of office furniture and accessories. Nikki was awesome!!! She helped me find the best chair to fit my specific criteria (and back issues). Her knowledge of all the different kinds of chairs and their unique features is very impressive. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. One thing to note, the desk I bought was only $99 but the table top and stand are mismatched so I had to drill holes in the table top to attach to the stand. OFR had plenty of other options if I wanted to spend a bit more. To me, $99 for a Steelcase electric sit-to-stand desk was an incredible value and totally worth drilling a few holes—I love that this was even an option. I will go there first for any future home office...

I had driven by the OFR store so many times and always wondered about the quality inside. I was in need of an office chair and wanted a leather one with good support. This time, I was driving by with a friend, and we decided to check it out. I was so pleasantly surprised at the amount of inventory and selection that was there. The customer service was great; the kind where they're there if you need them, but they don't follow you around. After sitting in many chairs, I found the perfect one, and the price was a steal.
