Food quality is going down, this use to be my favorite place but it's not the same the food is thrown together now and fries are ALWAYS cold now and no longer have that seasoning only too much salt that's very overwhelming not to mention again the fries are always cold now which makes it taste even worse they are putting the burgers directly off the grill on top of the lettuce which means by the time you get it you now have a burger with slimy greasy lettuce, barely giving any condiments the top bread comes with nothing just melted cheese so when you pull out Apart you tear the bread up.. It's just all messy now. get rid of the new cook and go back to the way things were that's what made this place famous but as of now it's losing customers fast. And maybe a smile or two wouldn't hurt they are so cold and not so friendly anymore just take you order and give you your food and send your on your way not even a, "thanks have a great day" or a "good evening" "thanks Come again" works too if applies..you don't even get a greeting they just stand there and look at you until you tell them what you want. Read moreI knew the original owner here, some 30+ years ago (been out of state) so I was excited to see this place still standing! I had to check it out. It's definitely not the same owner! Upon entering a no sitting, walk up, enclosed order area, I was not welcomed by the crew. Maybe, they were too busy talking with another customer they seemed to know. I was telling them about 30 years ago, & I'd been out of state, he wasn't interested AT ALL. No customer service at all. Everytime I'd ask a question about a menu item, he seemed angry! The 2 guys were older & Hispanic, not that that matters but why would you treat a customer so rudely? Plus, the area was not a good area at all!! I wouldn't go back, especially, at night. The bank told be to contact the merchant to expedite things. So I contacted them that night. The "manager" told me I would have to come in the morning to talk w/the owner/operator. So I did, and bought my receipt as well. The ower/operator told me he would need to see my bank statement. (?) So I pulled up my account online on my phone, it showed how I was charged twice, same amount w/in .5 seconds of the first transaction. He said that wasn't good enough....
