Their food is good but the customer service is lousy there's this one young lady short with short hair in there she has that nasty ass attitude never Pleasant never speaks to anyone or it just may be me but she is so nasty my job thought about having them cater our Christmas party and other events but after the CEO of my company went in there and witnessed what I was explaining to him they backed out I mean Grand Chute our little $5,000 when they did nothing for them but I'm really going to stop going in there after today because she set my food on the counter didn't say anything not here and nothing I assume it was mine picked it up and left but I went in there this is my 5th time dealing with this young lady and all five times have been horrible I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I thought maybe everybody has a bad day at one point but I think it's just something with me or it's not because I watch her do other customers like that but I've also see her cheerful with other customers so whatever her issue is and I hope she's not the owner but they need to get rid of her and they are very unsanitary because they deal with money and food and they don't wear hair nets I'm a call the health department in the city of Milwaukee and their Alderman and whoever else I need to call but I'm going to definitely get on board with this because it's unacceptable everybody wants you to support black business support this support that but look how they treat you look at it you know looking at everything and so on you know just nasty all the way around...

I was not greeted with a hello at all by the own but with a nasty attitude saying "didn't you order and walk" I haven't been to Redd Snappers in years. She continued to be rude to not only myself but all the customers waiting. I was confused on the level of unprofessionalism because no matter what type of day your having your customers should be treated with RESPECT. When it was time for me to pay for my food she snatched her hands back when I gave her the change. " I said what you don't take change?" She just Stared at me..so by this point I'm really confused? A customer said "WOW THAT'S RUDE" The owner put my change on the counter and said have a good day as she walked away. One thing the new owner needs to know...as she's the daughter of the previous owners "You should always be professional when doing bussiness, word of mouth is everything! People are coming to her Restaurant because if the history of the nams NOT HER..And if she feels as if she's too good for the lisbon area then she needs to relocate. I was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes but it actually took 35+ minutes, no word on how much longer it would take when I walked back in to check on my food after the 25 minute wait, and I was given no apology for the wait or a thank you for my patience. I was the 2nd customer to walk in when they opened at around 11:30am but my order (somehow) still got caught up in the 12pm lunch rush...after 12pm!!!
I really haven't eaten at Redd's Snappers since the late 1990's early 2000's because of how slow they were even if you call your order in (Burleigh location was notorious for this).
I was reminded today why I stopped dealing with Redd's Snapper alltogether (both the Lisbon and Burleigh location). They are STILL very slow and terribly understaffed for one of the busiest times of the day...lunchtime!
Furthermore they don't use the same seasoning from years ago on their perch fish. I might as well take my chances with J&J's Fish and Chicken. They're usually located in rough neighborhoods but at least you'll get out...
