I absolutely love this cute little shop in Bayview. I get my fiance a little gift from here multiple times every year and she loves them more every time! The staff here is so chill and friendly that it creates a wonderful, low stress shopping environment. Also their selection of products is almost always changing so I find something new every time, it's wonderful. I especially love their candles.

Love this store with the exception of returns. I’ve never returned anything but unfortunately had to this time around. Discovered they only do in store credit on returns. Not happy about this. They have an extremely small sign which honestly isn’t within clear view of the register. Additionally when I purchased item I was not told about the return policy.

I get this is a small business but technology is available. If you can take electronic payment you can issue credit back...

Bought a large cactus from Ursa in December. A month after bringing it home, I found that one of the stalks was rotting, so I messaged Ursa to see if they could help. They offered to trade it out for a new one or give me a credit for a future purchase. I took the credit and was able to finally use it on some great items for my house. I always loved Ursa, but their customer service in this situation was amazing. They have a customer and my word of mouth advertising for life. ...
