I ordered three cheesy bean and rice burritos with extra rice, lettuce, onion, potatoes and a little creamy jalapeño on my receipt it didn't say extra rice I checked my order and indeed it didn't have extra rice and they put tomato instead of potatoes, my order was by drive thru I went to ask for the dining room to fix my burritos to be charged for the extra rice. The cashier in a bad mood told me that I did not charge the rice, the cashier turned around and completely ignored me, the cook made the burritos again but without extra rice, which also ignored me, I spoke to the person in charge and She just said that the burritos were going to be made as the receipt said. He told me that I could buy three sides of rice separately, I replied that I wanted the rice inside the burritos, he just replied that it is not possible, he took my order and went to the kitchen, I decided that I did not want the order because it bothered me the attitude of the employees was great, I turned around and went back to my car, when I was leaving the manager came out with the order and threw it at the car, it hit my car I stopped and returned to ask that the violence was not necessary because my car was not to blame and what they did was close the dining room so that I could not enter, it is a shame that employees have that type of behavior and I would like them to give follow up on this case, because your customer service is...

I found actual hair in my food, my mobile order was messed up TWICE and still ended up with the wrong food when I came back home. The employees are out smoking weed in front of the building, I waited literally an hour for my food after the first mess up and when I went in to talk to someone about it, they tried to argue with me that I wasn’t the person who was trying to pick up my order.
I also too understood why this lady was getting mad about her food too when we first enter the establishment to get our order. When we left, there was still at least 5 delivery people waiting longer than we have for our food and probably those people will end up with the wrong food. We called to ask for a refund which should be easy with a mobile order and the manager Austin told me it’s not possible to make that refund and I’d have to come back to that location which first of all I already waited an hour for inedible food and then tell me I have to physically come back and have you remake my food. Why would I even eat there when I found hair in my food…

For the past few days every other day, I’ve been coming in and grabbing a Chalupa craving box .. Today The manager rudely directed me straight to the kiosk (when the lobby was empty ) 2pm 😂 because I could see they had no other staff on hand, I told him the Chalupa cravings box isn’t on the kiosk anymore or else I wouldve just used the kiosk. I found this out the last few times coming in . Other staff told me they have it on their POS system today as I was walking out and over to McDonalds He told me there’s no way he can do the box for me even though I asked multiple times, how did I get so lucky to get the one Gunho Manger who just didn’t wanna do it because he’s lazy making food on the line … any other person there would’ve done it for me, but he was so “busy” he couldn’t help me ..I used to work at this Taco Bell years ago and this dude was just unprofessional.
