I didn't know they showed scary movies here. We ordered food at the counter. The cashiers would not accept our cash tips, citing a dark pact that could only be repaid with soul currency. Being our first time visiting this theater, we thought nothing of it. The staff opened the doors to the main theater just for us. The hall was large, empty, dark and deathly quiet. The red, velvet draperies lining the walls had immediately caught my eye. Such a beautifully decorated theater, courteous staff and reasonable prices; Were we truly the only people interested in seeing The Nun 2 this Thursday night? About 5 mins into the movie we heard chittering from the back rows. I glanced over my shoulder but saw nothing. A few moments later I felt something clasp at my ankle. It was an icy grip that seemed to burn and cut into my skin. However, my lightning-quick 180 into a defensive karate stance yielded no foe to strike. Was I imagining things? Did the excellent video and audio quality have me on edge? I don't remember anything about the movie, but it really shouldn't have been 6 hours long (movies are too long these days). Ever since seeing the Nun 2, my family and I have been suffering random animal attacks, falling tree branches and a higher-than-normal frequency of red traffic lights. I believe we've been cursed. My only hope is that they show another scary movie there so I can rid my family of this blight before it takes...

If you bring your water bottle they will NOT empty it behind the counter for you. If you bring your water bottle, YOU NEED TO BRING A PLASTIC BAG to put it in, so they know it's empty. They will NOT provide you with a plastic bag.. And after those absurd rules they will not even hold your water bottle behind the counter for you.
Sorry for the shitty review but I just ran four blocks with my five year old. I was so exasperated I wanted to throw away my water bottle then and there, but those things are expensive so here I am sweating during our special ladies day writing an angry review which I try to avoid doing.
Crap like this makes it hard to support small business. If this was a rule at Regal cinema they would have emptied my water bottles, then put them in a sealed bag that has the company name stamped on the front. Half baked rules like this are just lazy management. The people sneaking booze in are just going to go outside and chug their booze and then prolly trash their disposable water bottles.
End rant.
Edit: Fountain water is 50 cents per cup so I spent an extra dollar for the privilege of having sperate cups, allowing me to enjoy non-backwashed water 🤣🤣🤣 Removing a star.
So far the only good experience is one of the employees kindly letting me know that at least water...
Read moreMy family loves Wunderland Milwaukie! Both my kids (10 and 12 year olds) have a blast every time we visit. Location is clean (including bathrooms!) and the staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to get you in the door and playing the games.
Admittance fee is $2.75-3.25 per person depending on age, but they often have coupons in the value ads you get in your mailbox. Fee doesn't include miniature golf games or money for the nickel-cade. Money for the nickel-cade is loaded on a swipe card that is yours to keep so you can keep any money left over for next time. Many of the games in the arcade area earn you tickets that can be redeemed for lots of different prizes. Tickets are also saved on the swipe card so you don't have to carry around physical tickets and you can save up for big ticket items. My son just redeemed his tickets that he had been saving from 8-10 visits for a train set. Cards can be used at any Wunderland.
Weekends can get busy, but there is always something to do. Big screens usually have sports on them for the parents. 🙂 Unfortunately I have never seen a movie here so I don't know how the theater is. We did hold my 10 year old's last birthday here, which was easy to schedule and reserve and very affordable. Everyone had great time, we will definitely...
