The quality of service at this location has severely declined. I met up with my mom at this store & she had already been there for about half an hour- no one had helped her or offered to start a room for her despite the fact that her hands were full of blouses. When I entered the store the employees didn’t so much as look at me, let alone greet me. The only reason I’m giving this store two stars instead of one is because the employee in the fitting rooms was very kind and knowledgeable, and the store was very well stocked. I had a wonderful experience here. Andy (sp?)helped to figure out the right size for my body type. I never would have found out without help! She ordered it online and made sure I got the online discount. She did all the work and was very kind. She even recommended some other items, which they don't carry, from other retailers that would suit my body type. The store is always clean. The sizes are in order on the displays. I always feel comfortable shopping here. It's not a free for all. There isn't any stress that usually comes with shopping. It was actually fun...

One of my favorite shopping experiences to date! I came in close to close with my friend and found over 10 items to try on. The fitting room attendant offered to grab other sizes and take back the items that didn't fit. The girl who checked me out was so generous and still talkative even though it was late. Everyone was really accommodating and welcoming. I was also pleased by the sizes available at this location.
