We live near a home they currently are remodeling, I can speak for a few of our neighbors when I say we cannot wait for your team to finish this project. Your company’s mission is noble, however we have a large amount of children in the bay ridge area when your crews have been out working we notice a fair amount of vulgar language & I have personally been outside cutting the grass when we can smell and see your work crew smoking marijuana. We have seen the same driver come back in the evenings running power tools loading materials. I would never use your services based off the lack of professionalism from your teams. Such a shame to see such a good cause ran so poorly.

edit to owner This was a few weeks ago, crew wearing green shirts, driver was slim and bald in a white pickup and a black suv. I had asked the owner about the contractor they were using and this company was identified. We waited to review this company to avoid any conflict or hostility whilst your crews were still present. The defensive response from the owner tells us that this may be a regular occurrence from this company. Was hoping for a more positive response....

We have found so many great things for large and small projects around our house. Sometimes just what we needed, and other times what we didn't even know we wanted.

The staff is always welcoming and helpful -- beyond exceptional! A worthy cause is supported and a lot of great material is given a new life.

As to the poor review about somebody hacking their phone, that's phony. I don't think it had anything to do with Better Futures. Today I purchased a sink faucet (for a great price) and accidentally left my check card. It was stored in the safe behind the desk when I came back. These folks...

Top notch. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They had just what we were looking for at a great price. They even held the cabinets for us while I was trying to fix the trailer lights!
