I spoke with the owner of the store, and the tenderness in which each of these cards is made is palpable, And the artist Very personal way the images are drawn

If I could leave negative stars I would! Awful all around. Everything from customer service to how they handle the products. I have been trying to get in contact for weeks now and they have not responded to a single email. I placed an order in early February and paid extra for shipping to have this for Valentines. Just received the package. Also have footage of handler throwing package 10 feet rather than placing it by door. Overall, I will never be placing or buying anything from this company, no one should! Absolutely unacceptable! Will be uploading video of handler as well! Not to mention what I received was not as advertised. Never mentioned I needed to put the fake flowers together! This was the worst experience I have had in years . I ordered my wife flowers for Valentine’s Day . Wrote about 15 emailed asking for them , no call back only a email saying we are working on it not only did they not call me back the email had another person name in it until the finally read what o wrote to see that it says my real name in the emails I’m writing . Finally they wrote back using my correct name . Still until this day I haven’t got flowers or a call back . I had to dispute my charge . Terrible customer service.
