True to NE I find this studio to be: Unpretentious. Real. Grounded. Comfortable. Welcoming to all. It's my type of joint every time and by far my fav Core Power location! Plus the peps attending at least the hot yoga class seem to know and recognize the benefits of "just being" for a while in savasana and not rushing out without reaping the full benefits of the class. I started doing hot yoga in Berkeley California and this is yoga wellness 101 and yet it's lost on so many people! Leaving everyone to either visit with their neighbor or practice on their own. For a large company to host an event and then not show up, is very rude.
