We cannot say enough about how positive our experience was in selecting Quincy Hall for our wedding.
We knew what we were looking for in a venue, and Quincy hit all the marks—we wanted a modern, clean, industrial vibe with the ability to be creative in our use of the space; we wanted a venue that our guests hadn’t been to before so that it would feel unique and fresh, yet wanted the comfort and peace of mind that comes with having a venue run by an experienced, reputable company; we wanted something close to downtown, but something that felt accessible for our guests from out of town; we wanted the simplicity of booking a venue, caterer, and bar all in one contract; we wanted a fair price for quality service and products. We got all of this and more by selecting Quincy.
Sam, the director of wedding sales, is incredible. As a bride with a precise vision, she worked tirelessly, through a global pandemic, with me to make all of the ideas and intricacies come to life, lending her expertise and passion throughout the process. She’s creative and flexible, and the care and attention to detail she gave us felt like she was treating us as friends and not just clients. She doesn’t just help you lock in the deal, but provides unparalleled support from your first meeting to the day of your event.
If you can request Ryan to be your day of event manager, you’re assured to be in good hands. His support ensured a smooth flow of the day, and his staff was so professional, efficient, and helpful. Every member of the day-of team provided us with exceptional hospitality.
Being able to streamline your planning by not having to source rentals was huge—Quincy has tables, chairs, linens, flatware, moveable walls, soft seating, high top tables, and more—all included in your contract. Not having to spend the time or money booking these items was another reason we loved Quincy. And, the large parking lot, where guests can leave their cars, was a major plus. CRAVE runs the food and bev program at Quincy, so you know it’s quality.
Bottom line—Quincy was a fantastic choice, and we couldn’t be more pleased in trusting them with our...
Read moreWe’ve gone here for Drag Brunch and I have to give a shout out to Ryan that works here! A group of four of us came to Quincy Hall for a drag brunch last year and we had a pretty terrible experience with the food and seating. Three of us are vegan and one is gluten free and since it’s mandatory to purchase the brunch buffet with the drag show it was such a bummer that we paid $40 and our selections at the buffet were pretty much potatoes and fruit. Fast forward to this year, the same group of us decide to give Quincy Hall another shot because there was another Drag brunch we really wanted to attend. I emailed Quincy Hall a couple weeks in advance to sort out the seating and food issues we had last year. We were absolutely blown away by the response! I spoke with Ryan at the venue and he let me know they had several vegan options available for us, the gluten free (as well as dairy and nut free) options were clearly marked at the buffet and he even brought us vegan pumpkin bread and gf/vegan dessert cups. Everything was so delicious! Ryan was above and beyond wonderful, the best customer service experience I’ve ever had! On top of making sure we had a great dining experience, to our surprise he also reserved a table at the very front by the stage for us to watch the show front and center!! Ryan chatted with us and in all sincerity thanked us for the feedback and giving them another chance (not gonna lie I had to reread my email to make sure I wasn’t a giant jerk because this service was just so incredible😂) So if you’ve never been or have had a poor experience in the past, I hope this is helpful information. We’re happy to support Quincy Hall and to attend more drag shows here! Ryan is a top tier human and...
Read moreMy review is a bit unusual, as I have yet to actually host my event. However, I felt it's important to support this business in light of all the madness that this year has brought upon!
Last summer, my fiance and I fell in LOVE with the Quincy and booked our wedding for June 13th, 2020. Today (March 31st) we officially decided to move to June 19th, 2021. With the craziness of the world, we thought a year out would just be best. The Quincy Hall, namely their Sales Director, Sam, has been extremely accommodating and helpful with this process. She's very knowledgeable, she's open and honest with communication, and she responds to emails insanely fast! :) She also has a reasonable calendar to schedule meetings/phone calls when necessary, and that was VERY helpful during the planning process. We've appreciated working with the Quincy for the last few months, and we're excited for our day in June of 2021! *I will edit as my actual day approaches, but the planning process has been very...
