I was helped by Alex and Bill. They are hilarious and great people! I came in for some quality chairs, hoping to find something within $100 for each chair. I asked Alex to show me their cheapest chairs that were as low as $10 and he brought me and my family straight to them, all the while chatting with me and the little girls I had with me. Never once have I felt like they pressured me to buy anything. I asked where some of the more expensive chairs were as well and of course, he shared the locations. Lucky for me, today I was able to find some "Keilhauer Simple 9323" ergonomic chairs! There were about a dozen chairs left and I was able to nab two for the road at $79.99 each, which are normally priced at $1335.00 each! Talk about a lucky find! Thank you so much,...

If you go into Furnish, look at the brand names on the office furniture, e.g. Herman Miller. And if you know your brand names and what these items cost retail, you'll know that you are getting a very good value for your money. The store is neat and clean, prices are easy to read, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I've had work chairs from Furnish and from Office Max. Guess which one has held up better?

8/15/16 -update- I have visited Furnish several times over the past few years and continue to be impressed with the quality of merchandise and the service I received. I love the team here! They've been incredibly accommodating during the pandemic to ensure all their deliveries and store experiences are responsible, and their pieces are always great quality already or there's options to refurbish (or they're upfront about the problems and they'll discount it). I got a great bar stool from them a while back and it's incredibly sturdy, and it's a cool rustic addition to my apartment.
