My friend and I ordered our food by scanning their QR code for our table, and 3 minutes after I ordered my two tacos, a server brought them out! So far it is one of the fastest service experience I have ever had. The food was tasty, too! I have been here for a total of two times, and I have managed to try every single kind of taco Centro had. My strongest recommendations are chicken tinga, nopales, braised beef, and chorizo. Definitely not saying the rest of the flavors are bad because everything has been a hit, but these are the ones that are leaving me with the biggest impressions! I am not sure what kind of sauce they use, but it does not taste like the traditional green tomatillo sauce that Mexican restaurants use. I can taste the tomatillo, but there is something more that I cannot identify. I would also like to say that the pickled onion is a huge plus as well, especially for papas and nopales, the two kinds of tacos that do not involve meat. Their chips and salsa (a trio) is also amazing! All three kinds of salsa have served me well. I also got the Mexican pizza, which turns out to be a pizza-shaped nacho dish with corn nachos replacing the flour crusts, and containing ingredients you would normally see in a Tex-Mex establishment: ground meat (most likely beef), refried beans (black beans I believe), lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream etc., so it was not what I expected but I still enjoyed it! This place has lots of outdoor seating and I can definitely see it being a popular summer spot for people to come and chill, which was what my friend and I did earlier today. As summer approaches, I will ensure I visit...

Centro is a nice, casual spot to stop by and have a drink or grab light eats. While it's a fun location on occasion, it definitely over hypes what they deliver for an experience.

Food: The food is good - it's a bit on the expensive side for what it is, but since you're ordering on their website via QR code and selecting individual items rather than a bundled meal, you can pick and choose what stands out most to you. The Tacos and Chips/Salsa are great and there's free refills on chips until the salsa runs out. If I were to compare Centro to another business, it's a more expensive and "trendy" take on what Rusty Taco is doing.

Service: Non-existent, I'm not sure why this business charges a service fee (10% at the time of writing) or prompts for tips. The customer seats themselves, often at tables which haven't been cleaned off, and there is no wait staff. You open their menu from a QR code on the table and pay through their website. Due to the nature of the online only ordering system, you can't pay with cash and all purchases and tips are paid in advance. After some time (it doesn't give you an estimate) a food runner will drop off a tray then disappear from sight until someone places another order. If you want water, there's a faucet and some small plastic cups hiding in the corner of the restaurant for you to walk up and get it yourself.

Atmosphere: Centro follows the trendy theme of a lot of businesses in the NE area - set up some tables in an abandoned warehouse and label it with buzz words like "rustic" or "charming". It's the perfect example...

Centro in MN is an absolute gem that delivers a delightful dining experience from start to finish. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with perfect seating and an ambiance that sets the stage for a memorable meal.

Delicious Dishes to Savor: The dishes at Centro are nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. The Mole Verde Wings stole the show - hands down the best I've ever had! The unique flavor profile of the Brussels Sprouts was a pleasant surprise, and they tasted as good as they sounded. The Chorizo Taco hit the spot with its perfect blend of flavors, leaving me craving more.

Ambiance That Charms: The ambiance at Centro is simply amazing. The perfect seating arrangements enhance the overall experience, creating an inviting atmosphere that adds to the joy of the meal. Whether you're on a date night or enjoying a meal with friends, Centro's ambiance is sure to make your dining experience special.

Margaritas That Wow: The bar at Centro deserves a special mention. The margaritas are nothing short of amazing! Each sip is a burst of flavor, and the variety of options ensures there's something for every palate. The bartenders know their craft well, and it reflects in the quality of the drinks.

In conclusion, Centro in MN is a must-visit for food enthusiasts looking for a flavorful fiesta. With delicious dishes, a perfect ambiance, and an impressive bar menu, Centro has secured its place as a top dining destination. I'll definitely be returning to savor more of their...
