Customer service is second to none. I ordered on a Saturday and responded to the confirmation email shortly thereafter asking for the billing information to be removed as it was a gift. I received a reply no more than ten minutes later (on a Saturday!). Bill was more than happy to help me out with my request. Shipping was super prompt.
