Is this really how you get a reply from a business when you have a complaint... write a bad review?!

I did not want to do this because I understand this is their livelihood but I tried to contact the lady, nicely, who did my hair, Gracie, last Saturday and then today, yet...nada! I don't think my texts are b...hy at all.

I went in last Friday. I came in for a haircut, hair color and brow wax. I showed her what color I want. I even showed her six pictures of the same woman with the same hair. She even said that she really likes it when customers actually bring pictures of what they want. She's the expert so I assume she actually knows what she's doing. And I also specifically told her that I don't like my natural black hair or dark hair color, because it makes me look older.

Now, if you look at the collage, the two upper photos are my hair. Upper left was when I just got it last Friday, nicely styled and the upper right is today, after washing it (I have wavy hair). The two bottom pictures, you guessed it... show what I want.

Not only is the color so uneven, it's not even near the color that I wanted. I don't mind paying but tell me if I needed to do several processes or not. She's the expert!

She's a nice lady so I feel bad doing this but after giving her 20% tip, don't I deserve a reply or at least an apology and an effort to try to...

The rumors are true, Beth is amazing, and yes, everyone does agree. Was looking for a hair stylist a few months back, and have never once been disappointed with Cut It Out. With great highlights (thanks for spiffing up my hair color too!), waxing, massages, and nails, it's quickly becoming my one-stop shop for beauty. Called in yesterday to schedule a wax and pedicure, Beth and Mandi coordinated my services so I would only have to come in once, excellent customer service and personable staff, double check. You won't regret checking...

I have highlighted long naturally curly hair and recently three quarters of it ended up in a matted dreadlock that I had to have cut out. Beth at Cut It Out took wonderful care of my hair and was able to get most of it out and cut my hair into a very cute cut. I even had to have my two under 5 year old children with and she handled their chaos and my panic perfectly! Highly recommend! I'll be back to get new highlights this winter! Definitely a client now, finally a hair stylist who understands how to take care...
