Okay it is now 6:38 pm and at approximately 6:30 I call Paradise Pizza and order me and my family some rib tips and a extra large pizza and you know you have to pay for your salsas meaning your blue cheese and your ranch dressing well let me tell you the killing part why come I just been you might as well say $35 cuz it came up to 34 and some odd change now why come I have to go downstairs when the driver call me and meet him down in my Lobby and they charge me a delivery fee for him to deliver my pizza to my home that mean to my door and the young gentleman he was very polite who was on the phone I asked him do I have to come downstairs or he's coming upstairs he told him I have to meet him in the lobby and I need to answer my phone and if I wouldn't answer my phone!he's leaving what makes them think I'm not going to answer my phone and I just gave you $35 off my credit card! Plus they charge you a delivery fee so correct me if I'm wrong when you pay for a delivery of anything isn't it supposed to come to your door not no lobby! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! If I paid for a delivery then it should be delivered to my door or I could have got in my truck and drove and got me something to eat this was the reason why I ordered out for a delivery so I would not have to come out the house! If the delivery guy don't want to work then they need to hire someone that is not lazy or do not like his Job that is what you call bad business and very unprofessional! For the record I will be checking my food you know how blacks can be you tell them the truth about themselves they might just try something with your food and get an ulgy lawsuit... Now they told me 45 minutes for my food to be delivered now I just told y'all I order my pizza around 6:30 640 at the most and my food is here I hope it's done ain't nobody got time for no salmonella poison or any type of food poisoning because they cook the food too fast I order rib tips and a 16-inch pizza with extra toppings and extra fixings so how the hell...

This place has never made me feel "welcome", but the pizza is decent, and cheap if you pick it up. Tonight the surly counter help was mistreating the lady in front of me for no reason. He would only ask for her phone number to locate her order, then shrug & tell her there's no order for that #, while visibly mouthing dirty words and insults at her (that upset me to see somebody treating a customer so crappy). No "well, what did you order?" Or anything. He was done with her! When I suggested he get more information (so we could ALL get our pizzas), he snapped at me and told me not to tell him how to do his F@#$&*N job! He needs the help! Finally less surly help in the kitchen did his job for him. When it was my turn I was now surly also. I plopped my money on the counter. He then told me not to F@#$&*N throw money at him! I walked without pizza & sadly, will now never order from them... Oh yeah, if you're still gonna order there, don't have it delivered, as they charge $3 for that. Drivers there tell me they get 0% of that (and the drive their own cars)....

I called in and ordered from the menue online. The deal I ordered is not what I received when I got the food. Even though the order was repeated back to me the way I ordered it. I called to ask why and they told me the online deal is wrong and they couldn't do anything about it. I asked for a manager and was told u was already speaking to him. I then asked for them to come get the order and refund me money and that was a no go. They hung up on me. The guy in the phone even went to the online site with my husband on the phone and saw the special and still had an excuse saying it was on for carry out which was not true at all. Charged my card with no problem though. Very rude, disrespectful, dishonest, and inconsiderate. Worst customer service ever. I will get my money back one way or another. It would sucks to go to court over food, but I was charged for food that I didn't receive with no option to correct the problem. That's not legal by any means. I have ordered whit them for years....
