Tooties On Lowry — Restaurant in Minneapolis

Consistently good bar fare for for 35 years or so I've been going there. The staff is always Pleasant, and for the last three or four years they've been branching out into some more esoteric Foods.

There was a desert something like apple pie egg rolls that was delicious. I've only seen them on the menu a couple times, pretty labor-intensive to make but it was all done by hand. Excellent.

Only been here once, and honestly probably won’t return. Nothing on the place itself, the service was pretty good and staff seemed really nice and welcoming. I’m just honestly really confused how they have such high ratings and their burgers get such glowing reviews 😅 I felt like both my burger and my boyfriends were super bland with hardly any seasoning, and very over cooked. They didn’t have much flavor at all.. not to mention the garlic parm fries were literally just French fries with cheap parm cheese on the top and no salt or seasonings. Super confused. Yay. Reopened, new kitchen and new bathrooms! Same great Tooties. This is a perfect neighborhood hang; the kind of place everyone wishes was in their neighborhood. The young woman who is picking their wines has great taste. I have tried three whites, and all were delicious and as described. Service is prefunctory, but nice and friendly. Known for their burgers, they now have a veggie burger they will make any of the ways they make their other bugers. My friends rave about the meatloaf dinner.
