Have any of you been told that furniture sold from here is in fact not new or display furniture? But it is used and resold furniture? That is what the owner told me today after I wasted over $700 to come and buy this sectional from him. His response was he wasn’t aware of the situation nor did he know the couch was this bad. He is the one who moved this sectional into the U-Haul for me I did not see the couch until I left and had to pull over to latch the U-Haul gate. It was very obvious this was not new or in any condition to be selling. I asked him to fully reimburse me and to pay all my hauling fees/gas and to pay for my new couch as he knew I would be throwing out my couch to pick up this one. Why would he even load this thing up into the U-Haul and just not say anything? That shows a lot about this company! Then tried arguing with with me that he stated it was not new however my messages show otherwise. This couch is disgusting and did I mention the hairbrush that fell out of this thing 🤮🤮🤮 He reimbursed the money for the couch and $200 more. Then said this would be all he would do and that he would give me another couch from his shipment. I told him absolutely not. I do not want any furniture from here and that extra $200 only covers the U-Haul fee not the insurance fee the gas my time wasted . I had general questions about some of the furniture and her response was very short and nasty! With me being a black woman I was a little sad at her behavior . This is a black owned buisness that I would love to support , but when the women that they have as an employee in the shop is rude! Also I tried calling the number.. Guess what the gentlemen that answer was just as rude as the woman! Then he hung up in my face. I hope that they improve their customer service. There isn't a lot of blacked owned buisnesses .
