From the first visit to the model home through to the closing day, Ashley and Jarrett made us feel informed and supported. They were knowledgeable about every step and made sure we were comfortable with all the decisions along the way. How do I get assistance and get treated fairly? There is a contingency clause in the contract about me upon selling my home. Well life has not been granted. I have given David Weekley Homes in good faith 16,000.00 dollars. I have put my house on the Market for sale. I have even had my identity stolen. I have had some personal family medical issues. Yet this has not stopped my faith in God. I get notified by David Weekley Homes today they are breaking their contract and putting the house up for sale. Not only that they will be keeping my 16,000.00 . Plus profiting off the sale of my dream home. Now you tell me am I being treated fairly? Should I have a positive attitude. Or should I just pass this off as a life lesson and...
