I organized a birthday party for myself last week (for one of those really significant birthdays) - and invited five friends for a “Girls Night Out”... What a fantastic night we had! We had champagne and delicious treats and each of us got a visit with one of their stylists as well as a conditioning treatment and blow out in a new style.

The entire team, starting with owner Mary Anderson, assistant director Bradley Beahen and a team of six stylists made sure we had a warm and wonderful welcome. A special thank you to the wonderful stylists that helped with the party as they spent time working with each of us to get a great result. I also came in early before the party for a deluxe pedicure with a friend and again, everything was perfect.

Our champagne glasses were never empty and they let us sit and chat after our beauty appointments to enjoy the crackers, cheese, salami, fruits and chocolates they provided for the party. All of my friends called or wrote to comment on what a unique and special way to celebrate a birthday or special occasion which was fun for me.

We had no prior connection with this salon other than a recommendation when I set this up. I contacted Bradley, he jumped on the idea and put everything together for me working with just emails. The salon exceeded my expectations in every way with this event. It was truly a memorable night... and a fantastic way to celebrate my birthday....

I saw Jason for a haircut about a month ago. He did a fantastic job and I was very happy. I have very thick hair and it needs to be thinned out regularly. I called to make an appointment to just have my hair thinned out but I did not want a haircut as I was just there not long ago. The receptionist didn’t know how to book this so she put me in as a bang trim. When I saw Jason he was extremely rude to me and stated that he didn’t thin people’s hair that it would be considered a haircut and that if he thinned people hair nobody would ever come for a haircut. At $100 a time I could never afford to get a quote…what he calls a haircut every month. I said that the receptionist should have told me this and he stated that they are not hair stylists. If this is the case book your own appointments! I drove 30 minutes to have him tell me sorry to waste your time! My mom and I both went to him and neither of us will ever return!! I will not refer anyone! Totally rude and unprofessional. He could have helped resolve this matter by making an exception. I was asking for him to do this for free but just not charge for a...

I really hate doing this; but I was advised to do so by all those I know and saw my hair. They all agreed that it is a disaster, unfortunately. I went in today for a haircut. I showed PJ a picture of what I wanted to get to as the top part of my hair grows. The sides are shaved/faded with clippers. I went in for a barber type haircut. I ended up with an extremely patchy and choppy job. With many bald spots and uneven top cut. PJ did not use clippers to shave/fade what needed to be. Scissors were used instead. My hair wasn’t styled at all either. Making me look like I just came out of a brawl. I’ve tried not to cry today. I could feel the 2 stylist next to us, witnessing the horror being done. And I could feel my stylist’s anxiety setting in. I tried to remedy it when I got home. But that didn’t help. So I had to go out and buy a hat and scarves to cover my hair until I can get it fixed. I really wished that PJ would’ve told me that she isn’t experienced in barber...
