The food was delicious and the service was amazing!

When we arrived, the employee behind the register was handing some to-go orders to others that were waiting. While doing that he acknowledged us and said he’ll be right with us.

When it was our turn to order, he was very polite, asked us if we’ve been to my burger before, swiftly put the order in on the tablet, and also helped me redeem my points in the app! Amazing!

We sat down and waited probably less than 10 minutes before the same employee brought our food out. Again, very polite, and also asked if we wanted the extra sauces like Sriracha Mayo and Garlic Mayo.

While enjoying our food, we could hear the same employee working hard and basically doing everything in the front house. He was taking orders, giving food to people who made online orders, serving the food to people who were seated, and checking in on the people who were eating.

I’ve been a long-time patron of MyBurger in Minnetonka, but after what happened yesterday, I will not be returning. My family dined there on October 23, 2024, at around 4:45 PM, and soon after, my child became very sick. They were vomiting and had diarrhea that lasted through the day and night.

To make things worse, when I called the location today (October 24, 2024) to let them know about the situation and ask if anyone else had reported being sick, I was met with an incredibly disappointing response. Instead of any concern, I was told they categorically did not believe it was their fault and that I should reach out to the Minnesota Department of Health. I hadn’t asked for anything—just wanted to share what had happened.

As a Minnetonka resident living just two minutes away, I expected a lot more from a place I’ve supported for so long. Their response was dismissive and showed zero accountability or empathy. I will not be going back to MyBurger, nor will I recommend...

Nice little burger joint - been excited for its opening since I saw the signs a few months ago. Finally opened and it was pretty good. Having a double burger for only a dollar more than a single is nice. They have lots of options for addons or variations of burgers and I am looking forward to trying them.

Atmosphere is clean and quiet - see through production windows into the kitchen are nice. Burgers done on a flat top which is a good thing.

Fries are mediocre - I was not a huge fan of them. Soda was good but expensive at 2.09 for a 22oz. Staff was nice and vibe was ok even though there were not many customers over the time I was there. Spoke in Spanish in the kitchen which is not ordinarily a big deal but it's an open kitchen so can hear everything - not a fan.
