Went in to start a water account & more info was requested, we made some calls & got owner to send a letter as signed lease was not good enough for the lady at the window, once they received the letter, we were told that they just received it but needed to wait an 1 1/2 as it was her lunch time & could not process it until she returned Brutal service from the ladies name I will not say, But mgmnt. you know who she is. There were a few customers and employees around but I had to wait for about an hour until I approached to the counter, almost at closing time cause nobody offered to help me.
