Freze N nitro creamery — Restaurant in Miramar

🚨 I had an awful experience at this ice cream store recently. The person behind the counter, who seemed to be the owner or manager, was incredibly rude and made my partner and me feel very uncomfortable. He even made fun of us, which was extremely unprofessional.

The ice cream itself was terrible. It had a strange taste and was not worth the high price. Additionally, they charge extra for everything you ask for, making the experience even worse.

Based on other reviews, it seems this isn’t an isolated incident. The owner’s responses to feedback are defensive and dismissive, which shows a complete lack of customer service skills. As a suggestion, I would gladly gift a customer service class to the owner to learn how to properly treat customers.

Nitro Freeze is THE BEST nitrogen ice cream—first of all because of the quality of ingredients used and the diversity of flavors and toppings available to craft your perfect combination. I’ve been a constant customer over the last year—and it’s always an event I look forward to that never disappoints!!! I’ve enjoyed trying new mixes, most recently the spiked selections, and they are amazing. My friends and family absolutely love coming here and partake with me of this treat. (I constantly get requests to bring my friends ice cream from Nitro Freeze when I visit them.)

The owner and his daughter are dedicated, kind and resourceful individuals! They make me feel welcomed and taken care of every time. I was craving a strawberry milkshake and I wanted something different than Chic fil a so I googled places near by and Freze n Nitro popped up. I never been here before but I decided to try it out. Walked in and all I got was a dry hi. Waited about 3-4minutes to order (NOONE WAS INSIDE). The manager/owner (appeared to be) came to the register and I spoke again saying hi I would like to order a strawberry shake. He still hasn’t said 1 word. I then asked if they could add cheesecake pieces and he shook his head. After paying $10 for 1 milkshake I asked, was he going to add whipped cream on top? He finically spoke and said no that’s an extra charge. Ummm excuse me, extra charge for something that should come automatically, uhhh ok. The shake is disgusting and only taste like milk.
