We made reservations a couple weeks ago, we arent new to the place. When we arrived for our 8pm reservation, our table wasnt ready and the place was packed. Why do you make a reservation? Right in front of us while we waited, a couple came in, and steffany the same person that greeted and apologized to us, greeted them loudly and obnoxiously and said “MY VIPs”. At that a guy in a suit approaches and says why are you seating them when we have a wait? She replied they are VIPs, he said they dont have a reservation while we have reservations waiting, the place is small so you can hear and see whats happening when you sit at the bench across from the host. She seats them anyways after we’ve been waiting 25 min. Then the same guy introduces himself as Moses, and apologized for everything, by the end of the night he made up for it, he hands us this card and said, “please come back and enjoy a couple rounds on me for the unprofessionalism.” So we did just that…

When we came back we sat and ordered, all normal. We asked for Moses and obnoxiously this Steffany shows up again, and she said “we dont talk about him here, he no longer works here, im the new GM, he was fired for talking bad to me” as she laughed, We said thats a shame, and she walked away. Me thinking, Whoa whoa whoa… how old are you my dear? Thats classless. Where did you gain your experience? Anyways… We had our dinner, and dessert, and we placed this card down that was given to us by the previous GM, that treated us with nothing but respect & professionalism. She comes again, and says “im sorry but we cant accept this” while another guy stands behind her and laughs, bearded guy with a wrinkled suit on. What circus is this? This was by the way our 5th time in, no longer coming back. Real classless, unprofessional and disgusting behavior. You should know as GM that you Honor these types of things, even if previous management isnt there. If ownership agrees with this then they wont have a successful establishment. Thats very disgusting. I own 2 businesses and i would never accept that behavior from any of my employees dealing with customers. You should be...

I came here a time before and had the fettuccine Alfredo with colossal shrimp. It was really great. So I returned a second time around 9pm to have the same thing, but with salmon. The fettucine came out it was so watery I had to mix it for about 5 minutes trying to thicken the sauce up. The taste was rather salty and tasted off. So I only ate a couple bites. When I sat down the waiters were obviously closing out because everytime I needed something had to flag the waiters down. One time the hostess saw me looking around so he came to assist me and went and got the waiter. I simply needed pepper (to try to make it taste better) and Parmesan cheese. They brought it and it still didn’t help so I just had them pack it up. One of the bartenders was friendly and he asked if enjoyed it and I was honest about it being water my and tasting off. He offered to replace it with a fresh one and my intuition immediately told me to decline. The host came by and asked as well and I told him the same but he convinced me to get another one made fresh and allow them to fix the problem. I agreed and they brought it out packaged up because I was ready to go. I gave my son the food when I got home and he immediately called me and asked where was the sauce. He said there was barely any sauce but since he was hungry he was going to eat it anyways. Fast forward today, my son text me and says mom do not eat the Alfredo. They must have dis something to it because my stomach feels so bad and I’m sick. I knew I should’ve went with my first mind because obviously cooks do not like when you complain about your food. This was not fair to me or my son. Mind you, there was barely anyone in there at the time so it wasn’t like it was super busy. That will be my last time visiting that place. I don’t know what was done to the food but I’m mad at myself for taking it home. At least they did give me the food for free but it wasn’t...

It saddens me to have to write such a poor review. I just left this restaurant with my husband and our service was less than mediocre. This has to be the 3rd to 4th time we have been here and have always had excellent service but tonight was not the case. We sat at the bar and were greeted by a gentleman bartender. He kindly serviced us water and then waited for my husband to come back to retrieve our drink order, he became occupied so another bartender attended us very sweet and kind she was great. She took our drinks and appetizers right away. Lychee Martini and Mango Martins are amazing. But once we got our food everything went down hill. The two bartenders ended up switching sides and the gentleman that originally started to attend to us gave us no attention at all. The attention went directly to some “regulars “ casting us to the side. The most attention we got was the guy helping behind the bar asking us constantly if we were done with our apps while the fork was mid way into my mouth. Sir, seriously?! Not 5 mins have passed and he asked again at this point my appetite was gone. The plates were picked up and we were left emptiness. My husband and I looked at each other said well I guess it’s time to go cause no one is asking us if we want more drinks or food. Meanwhile the bartender was steps away chatting away concern about the others food making sure they were taken care of and service the lady endless amount of white wine while gossiping about the other coworkers. Needless to say we left disgusted, disappointed and unfulfilled with our date night at this establishment. Shame because the food and drinks and so good but with a service like...

Great culinary experience! Open kitchen, they have aged steaks, fresh pasta, just a lot of everything. Drinks where delicious and very well balanced. Service was good, will definitely recommend and come back!!

So I'm totally in love with this place. I've been waiting for what seems like forever for it to open so I could give it a try. I was definitely not disappointed! It's a gorgeous build out with plenty of seating options, an open kitchen, and an amazing bar with outside counter walk up/seating. The menu has everything you'd expect in an upscale Italian restaurant, and the Parmigianas, Piccatas, Vongoles, etc, are represented. The wine list is one of the better in the area, and the signature cocktails all look amazing. The Coquito-Mojito is a must-have! It goes down far too easy... Went out of what I would typically have for an app and got the fried ravioli. They were perfectly breaded, crispy, flavorful, and served with a side of red sauce that I can only describe as completely, authentically, delicious. The entrees were shared amongst four and proved to be expertly made as well. Chicken Piccata with linguine was lemony and bright with lots of capers and fork tender (yum). The Frutti Di Mare was out of control; loaded with fresh seafood in a red sauce over risotto (yum madness). Against my better judgment, we ordered dessert, which, as I suspected, was too much for the remaining real estate in my stomach. The others at the table made a great deal of oohs and ahhs while diving into the comically massive portion of Zeppolis with Nutella to dip. A wonderful experience, looking forward to trying more menu items. This will likely become a regular haunt.
