Little Green Apple — Local services in Mishawaka

I bought a card and decided to browse for gifts/decorations. There were a few things I really considered buying, but my shopping experience was uncomfortable to say the least. I was followed and spied on, as if I was a shoplifting by an employee(s) the ENTIRE time.

I did wait for the employee to stop. Because, a check here and there is somewhat normal. However, it was more like I had a shadow, who kept acting like they weren't visible behind displays. She could have at least helped me check the prices on the things that I couldn't find the price on.

Totally rude and disrespectful behavior. This was my first and last shopping trip at this Hallmark store.

I don't go into this place very often, but when I do, it is clean and organized. There used to be Hallmark stores all over the place but a lot of them have closed and this is one of the last ones on this side of town. The staff here can be hit or miss. Many times they are friendly, but others less so. No one is ever rude, but sometimes it's just neutral.
