Lots of options, prices are decent. Most of the staff was friendly. They were running a promotion at the time we went that if you bought 3 pairs of shoes you could spin the wheel for a prize. Well, they ended up not having the correct size for our 3rd pair at this location, and we had to go pick them up at another location. We asked at this location if we could still spin the wheel since we were going to buy the 3rd pair. We were told "no" even after we explained the situation.
When we arrived at the next location to purchase our 3rd pair( less than 30 mins. After the first purchase, remember) we again explained the situation and asked if we could now spin the wheel since the 3rd pair was purchased. We were yet again told, "No, sorry, there had to be 3 on one receipt."
Really Shoe Carnival?? Really? It wasn't my fault the first store we went to didn't have enough stock, but I see you and how your company is this petty. While I know people, will say I'm just being a "Karen," and that is fine, but I am just trying to let everyone know how the...
ย ย ย Read moreI like Shoe Carnival because the employees are often friendly and willing to help me with a shoe purchase. I had a pair shoe that I bought for a family member. The family member cant wear them. They were willing to accept them. Even without the receipt that I couldn't locate, but have with thousands of my receipts. Anyway, I was impressed wutb the manger. He believed me and didn't make me feel bad for asking. I paid good money for them not on sale. She wore them once. Said she didn't want them. I told the manager they are new worn once, still in the box. His response we could do an exchange. I bought them for her, not out of necessity but for fashion. I don't buy my shoes there. I still suggest the place. I bought a pair of boots. I bought months ago at Shoe Carnival. I may wear this winter. Sometimes they have what I'm looking for and sometimes not. Good Customer service if you need help looking for...
ย ย ย Read moreInteresting shopping plaza with a good range of shopping outlets. I have visited Kohl's (much better than what I have in my city), old navy, shoe carnival and whole foods. There are more stores, like gordmans, hallmark (I think) and more, but I haven't been to them. Of course, there is plenty of parking, and reserved parking for five minute or pick up shoppers infront of different outlets during covid. There are no electric vehicle charging stations or public restrooms. You can enter any of the stores and most of them have public restrooms inside. The whole foods is also a typical full store. Haven't come across any stories of theft, so I regard this place as safe with plenty of shoppers....
