Trying to return my TV, this has been the worst experience ever. Was suppose to be picked up Friday, first told between 10-12, when they didn't show up by 12, called and was told it was scheduled between 1 and 4. When it wasn't picked up by 4 called and was told that both driver's went home sick. Made arrangements with the store manager to have it picked up on Monday at 11 a.m. was told that I would not be charged for The extra time. They showed up Saturday trying to pick up. I wasn't home because it wasn't supposed to be picked up until Monday. They called Saturday night trying to collect. Called and talked to them. No change. Confirmed that it would be picked up Monday at 11 a.m. received a phone call at 11. A.m telling me that they had no driver's to come pick it up.and wanted to reschedule. I refused to reschedule. They finally had a regular employee come out to pick it up. Just the worst experience ever. I will not rent...

This place sucks. One week behind and they are threatening court and your to afraid to call and work anything out because the lady named Stephanie is mean and rude to you talks to you with mean attitude in her voice. Dislike her im never going here ever again. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Stephanie should be fired. She will not work with you at all just keep harassing your contacts and threatening court even if you tell them in a day you can pay your account up to current.
