I see that they removed my previous review. Paid to have a party there yesterday and they spelled my daughter’s name wrong on the party sign. Had decorations dropped them off early because I was told they would set them up. They were not set up. Gave my pizza order for the party and was literally walking out with three to go boxes of cheese pizzas because we only received one of the meat pizzas that we ordered. Literally had to ask the host for pretty much everything while she helped the other party no problem. And even upon checkout was told by the manager because of the party package that I chose the three months of play would be emailed to me however, they were not. And I did not receive an apology for any of the mistakes the party host made until she received the cash tip that I gave the manager at check out after I paid for the party on my card. Also, when the manager finally found time to ask if I had any questions or concerns about the party, sir at that point we’re getting ready to leave. What is the point of you even asking even me? Mind you because of the extra charges for adults pizzas that we only got cheese for and socks for the kids to jump I spent $150 more than the initial party package $418 in total (card charges picture below this is clearly not a fake review) On top of the money spent on decorations that were never even used so I am just going to throw away because it’s not worth paying to ship them back for a refund. Would not recommend having a party here it is not what it used to be.

This paticular Chuck E Cheese experience was great. I purchased the Star party package which is $14.99 per child. They get a party host, 1 medium pizza, unlimited refills on drinks, balloons for the birthday boy/girl, 30 play points for each child, and a Chuck E show where he comes out and sings "Happy Birthday " and dances and takes pics with the kids. I was worried because I had a small party, it was just me and my significant other and our 3 kids and a friend brought their child, so I was worried it wouldn't feel like a birthday party where there is way more guests and kids. Fortunately the birthday package made up for all of that, the kids enjoyed the game play, the pizza and they especially enjoyed it when Chuck E came out and interacted with them. Kids that weren't part of my party ran over to sing and dance with Chuck E, it was great and so adorable to see how happy those kids were to play with Chuck E. Now I did a walk-in so I was not suppose to have a host and my son should not have gotten to go in the "Ticket Blaster" but this paticular girl allowed my son and his sister to go in the "Blaster" and assisted us like a hostess would. She was fantastic and my kids, even my 13 year old kept talking about how much fun they had. The memories that were made will never be forgotten. Kudos to Chuck E Cheese for making my son's birthday better than what I expected.

I reserved a Birthday party for my son. When I got there they had my table all set. When talking to the front desk girl she answered my questions clearly, and if she wasn't sure she'd ask her manager. They were both super sweet and I appreciate their patience with me. I've been a singe Dad for a minute, but I've always struggled with hosting parties for my son. They may have not known it, but they were helping me out a ton to make this one happen. The manager let my son snatch a few extra tickets at the end of his 30 second ticket grab. That was really cool of her to do. I appreciate the entire experience and would recommend them any day..Just keep in mind you can't fault the staff when they have to deal with indecisive kids and parents spending their tickets. Do the staff a favor, sit back and decide what you and the kids want, and then approach the desk. It's extremely rude of families to stand there with their kids not knowing what they want to get. The staff are forced to deal with it. I wish I would have caught the manager and the front desk girls names, but I had a lot going on. Regardless, they're very accommodating.

HORRIBLE experience. We booked a birthday party for my 4 year old online, when we arrived they couldn't find her name on the list (yes, we had put a deposit down), after searching they found it. They were late starting the parties, and this is where it started to go bad. There were supposed to be 5 parties starting at the same time, but they didn't seem to have enough party hosts... the one we had was horrible.

Once the table was set up, we noticed we were missing a few of the items we had paid for, we had to request those. Our server came out about once every 15 minutes, we didn't get drinks until 40 minutes into the party and our food arrived just before the show started.

We have never had a birthday party here, we didn't know what to expect, and they did not really inform us on how this would go, other tables were complaining about the service or lack there of, because the servers were not being attentive. Once Chuck E came out they were teaching the kids the birthday dance and song, the server brought out the cake and set it on the edge of the table directly in front of my daughter and lit the candle and walked away. In a matter of seconds her hair was in FLAMES! She is 4 years old and the way the tables were set up are so that all the kids are at the end closest to the stage, the candles were directly in front of her, she turned her head and the flame caught her hair. Thank GOD her grandfather was able to get through the OVER CROWDED dining area to pat her hair out. After this, the server did not come back to our table again. We spoke to the managers several times and at no point was another server assigned to our table, they were basically done serving us. Whatever food and drink we had at 1:40 was all we had the rest of the time.

An incident report was filed and we did not have to pay for our party. The server never came out and apologized or spoke to us again. The manager was kind, although I don't like someone trying to make excuses for a servers negligence, the process of the party was never explained, and we were basically fending for ourselves. I understand they were busy, however, the cake should have been placed in the middle of the table where she would have had to lean up not right in front of her with the candles closest to her. She also shouldn't have walked away or waited until an adult was near her before lighting the candle. Our table was last to get our pizza so we weren't ready for cake either. The Senior Assistant Manager was somewhat defensive when trying to get the story. We were also told that typically they only have 3 parties going on at once but at this given time there were 5, thats a booking issue on your behalf, not the customers, then you call in more people.

This was very traumatic for my 4 year old, I'm blessed her face wasn't injured, however, her hair was in flames and it was not handled in a way that I would ever consider giving my business to Chuck E...

We had our daughters birthday party here tonight! It was the worst experience from a parents standpoint. We arrived at 2:50pm when the party started at 3pm. We got there and saw the seats were set up (which was the only thing that was coordinated mind you). We set up and the kids are eager to get to playing. It wasnt for us being there a good 20 minutes we got the wristbands for them to play. After a bit of playing the kids asked for drinks. I had to ask the hostess for more cups as the only cups at the table were the childrens cups. We had three pictures of soda. I thought it would be common sense to include addidtional cups for the adults (aparently not). After an hour the kids are asking where our food is. Mind you we made this reservation and put in the pizza order 2 weeks in advance. We waited til 4:15 to get 3 out of the 4 pizzas we requested. At which point i asked about when the ice cream would happen. She kept saying she was going to grab it right now, 20 minutes goes by shes nowhere to be found and still no icecream! Its time for us to leave and the chuck e cheese mouse made his appearance. Here it is 10 minutes after 5 and were still here waiting for the ticket blaster experience apart of our package. As were collecting the kids and redeeming their tickets for prizes i tried explaining to the young girl that they would like their prizes and tickets to be counted seperate in which she chose to ignore me so im trying to get the process over with and the kids begin fighting about how their prizes will be in the same bag. It was just a disaster! Why even have a party cooridnator contact parents if they wont be the one directing involved in the party? Nothing was cooridnated! The hostess acted like she hadnt worked there long and didnt have a direct answer for anything. To make matters worse were standing in line to pay for the party and the girl asks us if we still wanted our last pizza that she just had them put it in?! She had told me we couldnt stay much past 5 because there was supposed to be another party! Nonetheless we will not be holding another party there EVER! It was such a...

Very unfavorable experience at this location. Took my 6 yr. old granddaughter there. Used a coupon and still dropped $48 for a large pizza (which looked like a medium by most standards) 4 drinks, 2 salads and 45 tokens. Had to wait over 45 minutes for the pizza - got a pepperoni pizza and addtl sausage topping for $1.99 - maybe 10 little pieces of sausage sprinkled over the pizza. None of the drinks were working...the carbonation had gone out, so you could not get anything to drink and they did not tell you this when you placed your order and NEVER put a sign on the machines to let people know this!! You found out by filling your cup and then taking a drink of this nasty liquid, and then when you asked you were told, "oh, sorry, none of the drinks are working". The salad bar was poorly stocked the entire time we were there. No French dressing available, and that is a pretty common choice, and the Ranch dressing was empty the entire time we were there as well as the Lite Ranch. Potato salad was empty, Strawberries were never restocked despite the fact that I heard 3 different workers stating that strawberries needed to be prepped. So we were starving waiting so long for the under-rated pizza, had to eat salad with salad dressings that we did not care for, and NO DRINKS!! Upon leaving I wanted to buy a bag of cotton candy and stood at the counter with the cotton candy and money in hand with 3 staff right behind the counter ignoring me. I asked if someone could take my money and a worker put her hand up, like "wait a minute" but no one ever waited on me. I seriously do not know what was going on. So I put the cotton candy back down on the counter and walked away. I saw a couple workers that were running around being helpful, but several just kind of walking around, slacking, like there wasn't anything for them to do. Very disappointed. In hind sight, I wish I would have demanded a refund before the pizza ever came since it took so long that my granddaughter had used all her tokens and still had to sit at the table and...
