I had submitted a review 7 months ago and had to delete specifically due to the visit that we just had on Tuesday, 3/18. Specifically, this visit, when we pulled in the manager was outside just chit chatting with someone at their car instead of being inside delegating their team. He came back inside just after we had placed our order. It took us about 7-8 minutes before we got our food due to slow service. But also, when we went to go sit down at a table or even any of the booths, EVERY single table had salt or some sort of food on it. At that instant, you would think that your shift manager would delegate to their team who was on their phones, just chatting with their coworkers or just plain standing around that you would get one of them out there to clean the tables and also sweep. I was always taught when I was a manager at a fast food establishment, that you have time to lean you have time to clean. Whether that meant dishes, cleaning tables, stocking, etc. You always had your team working doing something. Secondly there was a homeless person who had his laptop at one of the booths, which fine cool if he is sitting there using his laptop and doing whatever on it while eating... but when he is falling asleep at one of the booths and you can also tell that he had been there for a good portion of the day due to the food wrappers he had on the table AND the food wrappers he was just throwing to the ground under the booth that right there is UNPROFESSIONAL of an establishment. I don't know what time he got there, but sure seems he's there often as one of their regulars came in and was talking loud enough and said that every time, he goes in that guy is there. This is going to drive away your customer base (at least inside) if you have homeless just sitting there and sleeping in a booth and leaving the area a mess on top of the mess it already was... The moment you see him sleeping that should have been the time the manager walked over and asked for him to leave the establishment. There was no tea out in the lobby for customers. No napkins in the bin in the lobby or even put on the tray since we ate there. This location needs some help and some retraining for their managers. You don't need to be friends with kids that are working for you. You are meant to be their leader and to delegate them doing stuff and making the place rock and roll and this manager had none of that! I added just a couple pictures from when we were here for the best I could get.

I’m never the type of person to complain but my experience tonight needs to be heard. Unfortunately there’s no way to get ahold of higher authority of the company so leaving a review works for now. I was in line for 43 mins this was me ordering and got up to the window and 1 car was in front of me… so line wasn’t long. When I finally got handled my food it was given with attitude from the window worker. I immediately told her I needed the manager and for my inconvenience he offered me a pie. I said absolutely not and demanded a number to call for a full reimbursement. He did refund me right then with cash which I do appreciate. Management needs to understand if 1 cook is there he needs to help cook not stand at the counter with 2 other workers taking orders if your busy and behind should have closed the lobby and just focused on drive thru. I attached proof for how long I was there. Also was missing my sauces 😭

Me an my best friend go here a lot at around midnight to 1 in the morning do to we do a lot of night driving an every time they mess something up but tonight September 3rd we went thru the drive through the girl taking our order had an attitude with us the we sat at the window to pay for ten minutes before the girl even came to the window for us to pay she was sitting on Snapchat (we could see her screen) faced away from the window then when we got our food they gave us the complete wrong food we went back thru to have it fix we sat there for 20+ minutes bc we weren’t the only ones needing our food fixed when we finally got the right food it was pink this establishment needs major help an new management bc these managers just let anything slide I’ve also added a picture of my friends burger that was pink in half of it before you go to drive off check your food at the window

My credit card stripe apparently still didnt work, and BK is in the Stone Age and does have a chip reader, so after sitting in line for over 10 minutes, and waiting another 5 minutes AT the drive thru window (telling the lady at the drive thru that she’d have to manually enter it if the machine wasn’t reading the magnetic strip...she gave up after trying to swipe it a dozen more times instead. I repeated that she’d have to manually enter the card number, and she acted as though she didn’t think that their “current system” would let them manually enter the card number. I let her know that she could, that every card swiping machine like that has the option to manually enter a card number, but I took my card, thanked her and sped away without any food. Even if she was newer, or not as comfortable with technology, there were several other employees there that were in the age range where they would be tech-savvy enough to do something as simple as manually enter a card number, but none of them wanted to stop doing their end-of-night duties in order to help the drive thru lady. It’s unfortunate, because I really like BK’e food, and the 2 meals I ordered either got thrown away or eaten by the staff. Maybe that’s another reason why nobody was...
