Citi Trends — Local services in Mishawaka

I love shopping at Citi Trends. This has been my favorite store for 10 years. However, I had a bad experience today. They're having a clearance sale. I needed sunglasses for my job, so I stopped at the clearance table where there was a tote full of sunglasses. I picked 3 pair because I was under the impression that i was getting a certain percentage off, since they were at the clearance table. I proceeded to the counter and the salesman scanned my items. He quoted the original price for the glasses. After I mentioned that they're supposed to be on clearance, he got the manager for me. I asked the manager, why the glasses are at the table if they're not on clearance. He stated that some of them are. I'm fine with that but if some of them aren't, maybe they should not be inside the clearance tote at the clearance table. He commented that he hasn't had time to mark them down and there's nowhere else to keep them. That is an absolute unprofessional comment. Him not having time nor making time, to adjust the prices, doesn't mean he can cheat the customers by upselling items that should be marked down. Customers are being deceivd into thinking they're getting a clearance price. Nevertheless, I bought the sunglasses because I need them and they're cute, but I will not be shopping at the Mishawaka Citi Trends...

I like this store, you can always find some pretty good deals here they always has some interesting and sometimes very strange clothes some of that stuff is really unique you don't find anywhere else. However the place always looks like a war zone ,don't let that discourage you from going around in the routing in the place cuz you always find something pretty cool. The staff I have encountered have always been very nice. Prices are great. Last time I was there they had a lot of crazy socks like a lot of different kinds. like a lot of places I like , the inventory changes a lot so you might not find it the next time you get there so if you do see it you should buy it then. Cash only 👀👀 🧐 Nothing appealing to my eye sight in plus clothes! I guess credit machine was down! My family thought they were pocketing money to be cash only... Prices for clothes was over priced! No associates on the floor to assist me with anything and I'm disabled! Maybe they was in the break room...wish they had carts! No one was using the sanitizer as you come in the door. I stood with a cane at the front door waiting on my sister's to cash out with only one register working. Long line and cashier yelling across the room NO CREDIT Cards/Cash Only...other customers like me and my sisters asking the next sister you got...
