Not surprising at all to see this location to be rated at 2.9 out of 5, embarrassing. I guess it speaks to the company overall because they continue to let a location operate with deplorable standards. Health department fines, local reputation in the gutter, numerous complaints about the same issues; all just here within these reviews from unhappy and disappointed paying customers, I would be terrified to see what kind of results are coming from actual surveys given out or even the email inbox for corporate customer service in regards to this location. Of course I will reiterate the asinine fact that all websites and listings show the store hours different from the operating times that are actually carried out, and the only reference to those "special" hours is the professional-looking, handwritten sharpie hours posted at the window. The complete and total disregard for customer service and desire to build loyalty at this location is mind-blowing. Zero professionalism, zero accountability, zero standards. Turning the lights off prior to close to prevent anyone from coming to spend THEIR money at this business all so that the lazy staff doesn't have to clean a little bit more??? That should boil the blood of any low level manager all the way up to the CEO. You really are going to continue to allow a location to willfully prevent incoming revenue because of a childish staff? To continue to allow them to destroy brand credibility by ignoring the level of customer dissatisfaction they create by turning away customers who have waited in the drive thru line for over 20 min for only 3 cars ahead of them to get their orders and then to finally make it up to the menu to order only to be told sorry we're closed and turned away along with the 3 cars behind them, All because the car in front of them in line, according to the cashier taking orders, "took too long to order and now that it is 2:02am they are unable to take anymore orders. Regardless of the fact that you were in line 25 min before close, since the staff is unable to take the orders of 3 cars in 25 min and even though you waited the whole time but only just now made it up to order, oh well, you're just plain out of luck and must now wait another 15 min for the orders ahead of you to be completed and those cars leave so that you can drive off since there is no exit once you're in the drive though. You mean to tell me that is what Taco Bell, and Yum! Foods stands behind and is proud of.... I would encourage anyone who read all the way through this, God knows it won't be anyone from the corporate office because they clearly don't care about what their restaurants are doing or the customers they are losing because of it, but anyone else who makes it through all of this I would strongly encourage you to take your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere because all this location and company will bring you is...
Read moreI visit this location frequently and it’s a hit or miss every time. Im not sure why, but 9 times out of 10 when I order food, something is missing, made incorrectly, or tastes terrible. Anytime you call and inform them, most of the employees sound irritated that you’re calling to begin with, except for a manager named Anthony. He likes to make things right. But you never know who will answer. Today, I was in the drive through for over a half an hour and ordered the taco salad and 2 soft shell tacos. The first problem I had was at first I wasn’t able to pull up all the way to the ordering area in the drive through due to the car in front of me, so I couldn’t see the menu, or clearly hear the employee so I was going to wait until I could pull up but whoever was working the drive through was highly impatient and very rude, repeatedly asking to take my order, even after I informed them that I was unable to pull up all the way. But the main problem is that I have never had a taco salad so poorly put together. First, their idea of putting sour cream on top is laughable. Second, the majority of the “salad” itself, was cold refried beans that were pasty. Third, there was only a small scoop of meat that had hard pieces of who knows what inside. And lastly, the shell that makes up the bowl, was bitter and might as well have been cardboard. The only edible thing was the soft shell tacos, if you call a mountain of lettuce and cheese with a tiny bit of meat in the center a taco. If you can go anywhere else run as fast as you can otherwise you'll be sitting and waiting and waiting and waiting. There is no exit from the drive-thru so once you're in it there is no escape no matter how long they take so do not go through the drive-thru! The same disrespectful person is always in the Drive-Thru who thinks he's a manager and obviously there must not be one who actually is one. I waited 10 minutes before they came to the speaker with no way of escape and then 15 minutes for them to come to the window just to take my money. Five more minutes for them to bring the food! Run run for your life go to any other Taco Bell if you must go to Taco Bell do not go to this one! The person in front of me didn't even place an order and was at the speaker wanting to know if so and so was there and they said just drive up to the window and for the entire duration of my time I watch them visit back and forth without accepting a single order from any vehicles behind me. Out of curiosity I pulled ahead a few feet and just waited to see how long it would take for the vehicle to have the order taken behind me and it was another 5 minutes with no one in line in front of them.
