Absolutely terrible management. I do not come here very often, our waitress was outstanding, however, management was unfriendly, childish, and unprofessional. A friend got excited and bumped the table knocking over a brand new beer at the end of the Wisconsin vs Kentucky game. He'd had a total of 3 over a 3 1/2 hour span and was anything but drunk. We had noticed the management seemingly watch us for cheering loudly, but thought nothing of it until the beer was spilled. Our waitress came over and said we needed to "calm down" because the manager was watching us and was afraid she'd over served us. This immediately aggravated me as the manager had ample opportunity to come and talk to us if he had an issue, he choose instead to fault the waitress and place the blame on her. I attempted to speak with him to which he stated "I don't care what you have to say", "I don't care of you think I should have addressed you I did my job the way I want to do it", and when I asked for the business card if the owner and store manager her initially gave me his own card and asked " who do you think you are " when I told him to give me the proper card. He then threatened to call the police to have me removed, and told me if I didn't like what he did and how he handled himself on a professional level (lack of) that I should "just never come back".

I’m a caretaker and my client loves ordering from here, we either call in or come at least once a week or every t other. I call my order in like always and my total is 6$ more than usual (we order the same thing everytime so I know the total by heart now) so I ask how is that the total she tried charging me 3.69$ for WATER and then tried charging me to put things on the side. For example the nachos have sour cream on them, but we want the sour cream on the side because one of us likes it in one of us doesn’t she tried charging me for that. After she explained the totals, I said I’ve never once been charged for water or these extra charges. I don’t understand what’s going on and she started blaming the computer system so I said well never mind on the water and then I said never mind on putting things on the side I go there to pick up my order and it hasn’t even been started.she didn’t even put my order in. She has an attitude with me when I get there and I’m just not understanding again I said I’ve never once been charged 369 for a water or any of these extra charges. And her response “Well, I didn’t say 369 I said 349”and after she said that I said I want to talk to a manager. Who was no better. We’ve NEVER had problems. Sadly, in a short amount of time, going from a nice visit to a terrible experience. This location is not somewhere I would recommend to visit for wings. When ordering food at dinner, I asked for a few modifications. I was informed by the waitress that "Randy", the manager, yells at the staff for requesting food modifications. Asked for "flats"only not an option. Asked for extra crispy, not an option. Asked for patties a la carte, not an option. The waitress walked back just to double check with the manager and returned to say that "this time only would be allowed by Randy." During our most recent dining experience, other tables in our area also asked for modifications and the waitress fearfully explained the same scenario. She repeated how the wait staff are reprimanded by the manager for requesting ANY modifications to the food items from customers. I can recite my order the same way with these modifications at ANY other BWW and not have an issue. I have tried this location on multiple occasions to have the same experience and I will no longer be visiting here. I don't want to eat where staff and customers are treated terribly.
