They are honest and work well. So from the work and expertise stand point they are ok. However from the customer experience they are not since they dont take want to take appointments. They send automated email that says you are due for service, in that email it says make an appointment. When you call for appointment they say we dont make appointment bring it early in the morning to get in queue. Last time I took it second half of morning and they said you have to leave it overnight. Which I understand. but I said in this case let people make appointments so that we can plan our days because we also have busy schedules. The guy with the cowboy hat gave a rude answer saying that its not their problem, hence my 2 star review. You are a service provider, you offer to take appointments in your email but dont and then say I dont care..... Need...

Newer Mercedes was periodically going into limp mode while driving (not safe).They treated her great and fixed the car in a few hours for only $125.00. It was only a dirty sensor issue. I only had to wait a couple hours for my car to be fixed. They provided a great rest area for when you're waiting, complimentary Wi-Fi, complimentary drinks & coffee.
