I went in with an exchange but they didnât have what I needed so I asked for a refund. I had my email receipt, order number and merchandise but the store employee was unable to find the order on their system so they offered me a store credit. I told her I wanted it back on my card so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager basically told me too badâŠshe couldnât do anything because it wasnât in their system. Then she walked away leaving the employee to deal with it. I couldnât believe how unprofessional she was and how ridiculous it was that the receipt wasnât adequate to get a refund. The store employee was very nice and she called an external customer service number and they found the order. It definitely made me think twice about buying from Soma when the receipt isnât adequate for a refund and the manager is useless. I had two bras to return, that were bought during the pandemic. I came to the store 3 times over the last six months to exchange the bras and each time the store was not open (yet the rest of the mall was open). I finally came back today and they were open (for another 5 mins!) and refused to do my exchange saying it has been too long. Not only was I greeted as soon as I walked in by the ladies working, within seconds Naj is taking my measurements since I told her I had ordered the wrong bra size online. While trying on a different size in the dressing room I was lucky enough to have Adriana an employee that was not even scheduled to work give me really good advice she just happened to be there and very knowledgeable.
