We went in just to check out a sleep number mattress as we have been considering a new mattress. Having been in sales, I know when we are being run through a script by a salesman. Paid 7k for a Cal King Flex and not even a year in it stopped working properly, adding insult to injury I have to “Troubleshoot” a bed that is under warranty and get zero tech support only instructions of turning off the bed and turning it back on. To get professional help I have to pay $200.
