I have home owner and automobile insurance with Mercury Insurance company handle by a broker named "D...", when my rental property policy expired, I asked him to quote for me a landlord policy, after received a quote, the price is too high - he quote with "S..." Insurance company - I asked him to requote for me with Mercury Insurance because I think with home owner and automobile policies which I already had with Mercury the price should be lower, after waited for a month and no responded from "D..." broker, I went online and found "Sun Pacific Insurance Broker" and I asked for a landlord policy for my rental property using Mercury Insurance, after couple days I received a quoted from Sun Pacific Ins Broker with Mercury Insurance and the price is lower then "S...." Insurance company, after reviewed the quote I asked Sun Broker to modify some items to fit my need and within couple days I got new quote which is best fit for me. I needed to get an auto insurance quote because my kids are starting to drive & my current insurance more than doubled & would not allow my 16 year old permitted driver to drive without his own coverage, so my my premiums would have more than tripled with him on the policy.
