My daughter absolutely loves the jewelry in this store. She loves browsing, but with the high prices, we have only picked a few items over the years. After this last time, I will no longer purchase anything from this store. My daughter bought a necklace that broke. We took it back and they fixed it. It broke again. I bought a bracelet and it broke. I lost too many peices to put it back together. This last time I got two rings. I lost one (my fault). I was told these rings "do not change color". Unfortunately I took her at her word. Paid almost $50 for one ring. A week later, it changed. I went back and she said "it doesnt change color", an obvious lie. I showed her that it did in fact change color. "Do you want me to give you a card with care instructions?". I told her thats a little too late now, isn't it? I just left. These jewelry is not the great quality they claim. I would not tell a customer that a ring doesnt change if it does change just by wearing it normally. The other 4 ring on my hand dont change. While I am a longtime customer and I like her designs, I will NEVER shop here again or refer any one. I recently purchased a silver hearts link necklace which simply doesn’t lay right. The individual hearts twist and turn all over. I went back and she refused to exchange it for another piece of jewelry - even though she agreed it didn’t sit right. She said she would lose money.
