I was in need of finding a new wireless provider. Prior company I was with was Boost Mobile for 18+ years, however they did not offer the services I was needing at this point. So I signed up with AT&T the worst experience I've ever had, bad customer service, inflated bills and you'll spend hours on the phone if trying to get help. So, I was referred to T-Mobile by a friend for their 55+ packages for Senior Citizens. I was helped by a Mobile Expert by the name of Walter Wilson located in The Shops At Mission Viejo, in Mission Viejo. Walter Wilsons customer service, knowledge and expertise deserve 10 Stars. He was professional, considerate, personable and knew his craft and did not try to hustle and sell additional perks that I did not need. His transparency was beyond repair, he gave me an out the door price and that is exactly what I got on my 1st bill. Unlike other wireless company i.e. Verizon, AT&T, Sepectrum with their hidden fees. I'm a difficult customer to please, I highly recommend T-Mobile as a provider, they have a lot of discounts and freebies. I am tmobile user before, i opted to get cheaper phone plan to save a few dollars. I need a new phone and checked Tmobile again. The promotion i saw is very affordable and has all the perks i needed plus the phone trade in. Went to this shop, and they told me i qualify for a better plan with a special discount offer. I told them i don't qualify for that because I'm not such and such. They told me i will qualify and they did gave me the phone, the lines etc. 1 year later my discount was cancelled and i need to call customer service to tell them what happened. customer service said i should have not gotten that discount in the first place. I called customer service few times and needed to escalate the situation to supervisor etc... they gave me another year for the discount, and was told after that i can decide if i will continue using t mobile or not... i dont think ill wait another year.
if this shop did not sold me a plan with a discount that i should have not gotten in the first place i could have pick a plan that i can afford and have the perks i am okay with. Now i cant get a good deal with tmobile because im not a new customer even though this shop messed...

Trying to return an item under the 14 days policy, every one there including their manager does not know even how to do a simple exchange or return. This snobbie young lady that drive the $60,000 car thinks she is a Samsung Expert but actually knows less information than most consumers and if she knows anything the information is incorrect. Another customer that was in there at the same I was had a problem with an upgrade that she supposely did not touch his account. So you see where I am going with this. They were trying to charge me a $50 restocking fee on a product that was defective. The interesting part is they could not figure out how to charge that desperate restock fee and refunded my money less $12. So I walked out the store not upset but felt pretty happy they only got $12 out of me instead of $50.
