Stars Drive-In — Restaurant in Texas

Went tonight for food, made my order. They came out quickly to take the payment. Then about 10 minutes later they bring out the food. While the carhop is handing us the food, the manager comes out and says that we have to give the food back because it wasn’t ours. That it was for “Jeremy” and the carhop said that when she grabbed it, it said it was for our stall. Then the manager asks us for our receipt so she could see what we ordered. Then they go in and we have to wait another half hour to get our food. My guess is an employee placed his order using our stall and they had to start the food all over again. Was very unimpressed with their organization. Not sure I will return back to this location. Hopefully the food will at least...

If I could rate this a 0, I WOULD! I ordered a SIMPLE banana split @ exactly 10:44pm. The girl came and took our order & our money & never came back out with our split!!! She then took off and left. We waited, I kid not, 45 mins and NOTHING. Mind y'all they close @ 11. We were there till 11:30!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER. Oh, but they're going to hear from me TOMORROW! If they weren't planning on serving us they shouldn't have taken our order and CHARGED US. Could have easily said they weren't taking anymore orders for the night. SO UPSET @...

Excellent customer service from the Young Lady who took our order. When we began to order on the speaker box, an airline jet was flying overhead and nothing could be heard from the loud sound of the Jet. The Young Lady took it upon herself to come out and take our order... WOW, that was a first.
