We leased a new Xerox C90 and when it was delivered and set up and the first print came off - we were SO disappointed! The color was off and too black. After 11 months of going around and around, they finally hauled it away. In the meantime, Shannon and Justin from Fisher's had stopped in to introduce themselves and leave a card, in case we'd like to look at the Canon line. As soon as we knew the Xerox was leaving, we called Shannon. She had an Imagepress machine in our shop within two days. After two weeks using the machine, we are super happy with the color from the C165 and with Fisher's support staff. It's good to place a call and get an English-speaking person in America to help. We've placed several calls with questions and have gotten the answers immediately. Dean, Martin, Sam, Shannon and Justin have been awesome to work with. Very understanding (Justin knows printing!), pleasant and positive thinkers.
