I felt very unwelcome in this store! I was followed everywhere I went while I was looking for a card to send to my son. They did not even try to hide it while one girl was standing at the end of every Ile I went another would follow me down every Ile and stand a few feet to a yard from where I was pretending to do something with the cards. At one point she was inches from me while I was knelt above me grabbing cards and putting them back looking down at me. Then when I went to check out the lady at the cash register was extremely rude speaking to me in a tone that was frustrated and like I should not be shopping there. The other people who were In the store were not harassed in this way! It was extremely disrespectful. With the extent of the harassment I think they need to fire the manager and put someone in the position that will respect all customers and not profile and harass others! I will no longer support hallmark stores or products I will choose other company's products rather than theirs! I do not recommend this store and would urge anyone reading this to take your business somewhere else! Read moreMy family and I were shopping here for Christmas 2012 and must have spent well over $200 on gifts from this place. My mother accidentally dropped a candle she purchased and the store clerk was very rude about it. She asked if they would sell her another and they outright refused to offer any assistance. I would stay away from this store entirely! They do not care about their customer, only profits. This is NOT how you get people to come back to your store. The clerk also forgot to bag some of our merchandise and when we returned she knew nothing about it. At the time, I asked for a more permanent way to keep my store credit and I was told only return receipts track store credit. Today I tried to use said credit but because the bar code on my return receipt had faded, it could not be redeemed.
