Gave this furniture store 700.00 for furniture in which I had on layaway, Life happened, Disaster took place, the store lost furniture and receipts. I presented the receipts that I had to the owner. I was previously dealing with his wife Sandra. She seemed as if she was willing to accommodate me in getting a store credit of at least 500.00 in furniture. So that I wouldn't lose the money that I spent. Well needless to say I left the store very unhappy The husband decided that a 300.00 credit was fair. I ended up getting a rug , which HE sold to me for 200.00 Leaving me with 100.00 left. Of course there was nothing in the store for 100.00 So technically this store got 500.00 of free money from me. And thought nothing of it. In fact he was expecting me to buy furniture, spending more money with him. I was determined that they were not going to get another cent from me. After you have paid, City Home’s will deliver a different product to your home. When you express your disappointment in the product, you will be told No refunds and No returns.
