Triple Fashions — Local services in Missouri City

I went by Triple Fashions on Monday, October 17, 2016 to shop for an outfit for my Mom' upcoming 92nd birthday party which was scheduled for the following Saturday. When I entered the store, I was not greeted by either of the two associates, who both had food spread out on the counter as they were eating. They showed no regard for their unprofessional etiquette & actually seemed not to care that I observed their ill, disrespectful & unprofessional behavior.

I later asked questions of one of the associates & she actually appeared dismayed that I was interrupting her lunch. At this point, I expressed concern to her for the obvious lack of customer service that she was NOT providing. She continued to display no concern for the manner in which she was talking or treating me. I told her I had shopped at this store a few times over the years & I informed her how distressed I was with the manner in which she had talked to me & the fact that she not ONCE put her fork down as she continued to gorge her lunch down.

I left the store, returning later to speak to the manager, who by now, was also now eating, with her food in full view as she too stuffed her face. I was surprised when she told me she was the manager & she actually offered no apologies, still holding onto her Styrofoam food container.

I finally left the store very upset & I felt my comments fell on deaf ears because it seemed like they didn't care at all about their behavior, or...

Ridiculously bad customer service. Stopped in to buy a hat for a wedding, the two sales associates were both on the phone, although one greeted me. After finding a hat too high to reach and asking for help, one sales associate helped get it down without ever hanging up her flip phone. I could hear the entire slow-paced personal conversation that she was having, it was too rude that she didn't hang up, as she was talking about nothing! Showed absolutely no concern about helping me find items to buy in the store. She checked me out without ever hanging up the phone. I would have left without buying anything except for the fact that I had already been to every dept store in town looking for a dressy hat. They do have a bigger selection than just about everywhere else in town. Next time I'll plan ahead...

Triple fashion is another rip off business! I purchased merchandise and they special ordered it and when it came back they charged me an additional 30. Dollars to send it to me! Instead of them shipping it to you they want you to drive 50 minutes hoping you come in to purchase something else! This is Game! The young lady who works there Ms Shoranda, is professional and goes out of her way to assist you!!! Beware because she isn’t the owner so she can only do what he tells her to do!!!!! He promised a discount but then refused...
