KFC — Restaurant in Missouri City

I purchased two - 3 piece meals. 1 all dark, 1 all light. Since it took a few minutes I assumed they had to maybe finish cooking or something. So when I got the order it didn't occur to me to check it. When I got it to my destination, about 2 - 3 minutes away, and pulled the bottom box out of the bag the bottom completely broke out and I noticed both boxes were pretty saturated in some type of fluid assuming it was a combination of grease and condesation caused by the plastic bag. Even the tissue they use in the bottom was falling apart. Checking the other we found it soaked too. We also noticed the crust was not even sticking to the chicken and we did not receive any dark meat in either. We tried to eat it but it was unedible. Since I just worked a dbl shift at the hospital and we were at a newly purchased home remodeling I figured I would call later and we would make do with biscuits (soggy too) and sides. No silverware anywhere to be found and we only had items we were remodeling with. We kinda ate the sides like 2 animals since we were starving and moved on to our work. Leaving we tossed the remaining dinners in the trash outdoors. Again, due my schedule, I was finally able to dig out the receipt and call Sunday. Upon speaking to the manager she insisted repeatedly that I bring in the dinners which have been in an outdoor trash since Thursday! Not only would I ever get the smell out of my leather interior but I don't think customers would appreciate me coming in the store with it! I'm quite sure it is full of maggots as well. So I'm off to our remodel house to dig in the bottom of the trash can to take a photo on, my ONLY day off!!! I'm hoping there is not too much on top! How freaking ridiculous! I have never been to this KFC and will no longer go there or any other. If I could give less than 1 star I would! Nice clean atmosphere but don't let it fool you!!

ADDITION: After just now reading other reviews I think this place should be closed and tomorrow I am calling health dept and any place else I need to. The owner response on one complaint was totally unacceptable and shows a total lack of concern what so ever! That pretty much did it for me and explains the management attitutude! Totally disrespectful, rude and unprofessional! Where do they get these horrible people let alone allow one to own...

I always try to give this KFC a shot but each time it's the same l. Idk why there is a "A" rated outside there window. For one some of the employees are nasty. The older black guy with the receding hair sneezed in his hand while giving me my receipt and didn't even wash his hands. To make matters worst before he even ringed up my food, he was handling food with no gloves, so no telling what he touched. Luckily, the Caribbean woman with the big eyes behind her mask gave me my food . I ordered a #15 with a extra biscuit and extra side of fries. Luckily I ate inside because my Mac and cheese was not in the inside of the box so I let the woman know and she gave me one. I ordered crispy chicken but I got extra crispy chicken. I guarantee the chicken they gave me wasn't fresh and just a piece they probably pre ordered because they didn't feel like making 1 from fresh. The skin was disgusting. And I hope they clean the soda dispenser because my brisk tasted like tooth paste. Have to do better. This is the closest KFC in Missouri city, ...

Ordered food from the drive-through late night as I was passing by this location. I was quite hungry and stopped at the first place I found - this KFC. Big mistake but one I will not be making again. Taste, Cleanliness, Courtesy - don't expect any of that here.

Not much to expect from the food. It is what it is. I've had KFC in the Middle East. Flavor is so much better. What's served in the US is pitiful. Ironically, this is where the brand originated!

Crude behavior and a staff doesn't know a thing about speaking clearly or kindly. I was told that the chicken would take 8 mins to prepare. That was fine with me. I waited in the parking lot as they told me to. I found it very unprofessional that one of the staff came out and was smoking right in front of the door. Lord knows if she even washes her hands when she goes back in.
